MOTOCYCLIST DIES FROM WEEKEND ACCIDENT INJURIES

  

A 33-year old Houston motorcyclist, injured in a late Saturday night accident in Waller County has died of his injuries. 

 

Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety say Melvin Pendergrass Jr., was headed eastbound on the frontage road on Interstate 10 in Waller County, just before midnight Saturday, when he lost control, ran off the road and was injured.

Pendergrass was transported to Houston’s Hermann Hospital where he remained in critical condition.  He died just before one pm, Monday of his injuries.  The DPS is still investigating the accident.
