TWO KILLED IN AUTO PED COLLISION
A man and woman walking along the side of highway 21 in Bryan were killed early this (Thursday) morning when a white pickup truck struck them.
Bryan police report the accident happened about 4:45 this (Thursday) morning. The pickup truck was headed east in the inside lane of the 2500 block of Highway 21 near Maple. The two pedestrians were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Bryan police Criminal Investigation Unit, the Traffic Safety Unit and the Crime Scene are investigating the incident.
The family of the deceased have not been notified.
