BRENHAM FD PUTS OUT VEHICLE FIRE FRIDAY

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded Friday evening to a vehicle fire.

Shortly after 6:15 p.m., firefighters were called out to Highway 290 West and Prairie Lea Street. 

Upon arrival, units found a midsize SUV with the engine compartment burning. 

BFD personnel extinguished the fire and cleaned the roadway off once the vehicle was removed.  No injuries were reported.
