FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDS TO TRUCK FIRE, SUNDAY
No injuries are reported after the Brenham Fire Department responded to a trailer truck fire, Sunday afternoon.
Just before 3:00 p.m., fire fighters were called out to the 2700 block of Wood Ridge Boulevard, near the local Chili’s Restaurant.
At the scene, they found the back of the trailer, near the rear wheels, on fire.
The department, with assistance from the Salem Fire Department’s tanker truck, extinguished the fire.
The department stayed on the scene until the truck was removed from the roadway.
