MAN HOSPITALIZED AFTER BEE ATTACK NEAR SCHULENBURG
A man in Schulenburg has been hospitalized after being stung by a swarm of bees Thursday afternoon.
Fayette County Sherriff’s Office received a call shortly after 12:15 p.m. reporting a man had been stung be several bees on Marty Rd. near Schulenburg. The man had been clearing brush by the road when he was stung and began having an allergic reaction.
Deputy Rick Bohlmann, along with Fayette County EMS and Schulenburg First Responders, found the man back at his residence. He was taken to St. Mark Medical Center in La Grange.
His current condition has not been disclosed.
