SIX INDICTED IN COLLEGE STATION DRUG DEAL

  

 

Six people from Bryan, College Station and Caldwell have been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury for their alleged part in a drug deal turned robbery.

College Station police arrested a group who allegedly detained their would-be drug seller at gunpoint, then were involved in a fight later that night between associates of the victim and a "middle man" who they believed set up the deal.

According to College Station Police, officers were called to the 1300 block of Augustine Court on Oct. 9, where a group of suspects had allegedly run a man off the road in his car.

Police learned that the victim had initially met the suspects earlier in the evening with the intention to sell them drugs. However, during the sale, two of the intended buyers pulled a gun on their seller and stole his goods at gunpoint.

A few hours later, College Station police responded to another call at the Southgate Village Apartments in the 100 block of Luther, where a fight involving guns had broken out.

Indicted on charges of Aggravated Robbery, among other charges, are: 19-year old Brianna Kidd, of College Station;  19-year old Dreion Moore, of College Station;  and,  an unnamed juvenile, from College Station.

Arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping are:  25-year old Enrique Pineda Jr., of Caldwell;  23-year old Milton Kearney, of Bryan; 23-year old Jerry Morris Jr. of Bryan; and 27-year old Perry Monroe Jr., of Bryan
