BLOOD MOON OVER BRENHAM

The was a beautifully strange site over  clear pre-dawn skies over Brenham today (Tuesday).

There was an  unusual ‘Blood Moon’ full eclipse of the moon between 2am and 3am.  The earth’s shadow fully covered the moon’s surface,  giving the full moon a reddish look.  The site was all over the world of course, but the skies were clear after a Monday storm,  making for a spectacular view.

This 'Blood Moon' photo was taken about 2:30am Tuesday from a residence in Brenham.
