CARNIVAL FOR DOGS AND CATS SET FOR JUNE
Summer is a perfect time for a carnival, even one for dogs, cats and any other species.
That’s what is going to happen at the Animal Friends Clinic next month.
Susan Cantey of the Washington County Animal Friends says that Saturday, June 7th, the Clinic and the adjacent dog park at 3901 Highway 36 North will be the place where our four legged friends can have a fun day at the park. Cantey also says people can also have a lot of fun.
This is the carnival that was rained out in November.
The carnival begins at 10am Saturday, June 7th and goes until 3pm.
People will get free hot dogs, sodas, water,.
They will have a pet parade at noon.
The pet owners can also see demonstrations of the Brenham PD K-9, Miracle Farms, the True Blue Animal Shelter, the Texas Reptile and Hospice Sanctuary, Brenham Humane Society and Faske Longhorns.
The carnival also features animals available for adoption.
