FIREARM STOLEN AND RECOVERED

  

Brenham police recovered a handgun stolen from a Lee County Sheriff’s deputy and arrested a 17-year old suspect in the pre-dawn hours today (Monday).

Brenham police officer Casey Thuemann responded from reports from witnesses who said the suspect was bragging that he had stolen  Glock handgun from the deputy.

 Officer Thuemann found the handgun and 17-year old Christopher Michael Hudson in the 900 block of East Academy just past midnight.  Hudson reportedly confessed to the theft.
