MATCHMAKER BAND AT HOT NIGHTS, COOL TUNES

  

The Matchmaker Band is a 10 piece show band who will bring the sounds of Motown, soul, funk and dance to the 10th annual Hot Nights, Cool Tunes, in downtown Brenham Saturday night.

Brenham Main Street has been sponsoring this series of street concerts and dances for the past ten years. Thousands come out for the music, plus a chance to see some classic old cars. The concerts are free but Main Street ask that you keep your coolers at home and patronize the vendors selling all kinds of delicious food and drink. This is part of the way these events are paid for, plus you help some worthy organizations raise money.
This Saturday’s performance begins at about 7pm and is sponsored by Houston Hermetics, Citizens State Bank, and Bluebonnett Electric Cooperative.
