BURTON TO CELEBRATE OKTOBERFEST THIS WEEKEND

  

Burton will be celebrating Oktoberfest  tomorrow, downtown.

The celebration is set from 3:30 to 10:00 Saturday in front of the Railroad Depot.

The ceremonial tapping of the keg will kick things off.

The day will feature plenty of German music as well as German food and vendors.

There will be Ladies’ Stein Races, Men’s Beer Barrel Race and the popular Weiner Dog Races.

There will also be Burton’s Biggest Chicken Dance, a live auction and a Street Dance, Saturday night.

Prizes will also be awarded to the best-dressed German Lady and Gentleman.

The event is hosted by the Burton Area Chamber of Commerce.
