GRAND JURY HANDS DOWN INDICTMENTS
The Washington County 21st Grand Jury met in regular session Thursday, October 30, 2014, and released 22 indictments. Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released and they are as follows:
Angus Arrendondo, Age 33, Online Solicitation of a Minor. On October 13th, Arrendondo was additionally charged with Display of Harmful Material to a Minor).
Cody Dougherty, Age 18, Assault Family Violence Previous Conviction. Accused of Serious Bodily injury. Accused of punching and striking a family member.
Derrick Gordon, Age 47, Assault Family Violence Impeded Breath Circulation Previous Conviction. In a previous conviction, Gordon was accused of striking his girlfriend and causing bodily injury.

Zachary Eugene Ford, Age 22, Possession of a Controlled Substance
Norman Gantt, Age 27, Credit Card Abuse
Joe Angel Kapchinski, Age 32, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<1G
Edward Dion Toliver, Jr., Age 19, Aggravated Robbery and Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Anthony D. Rodriguez, Age 27, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG2 4-400G
Robert Umberson, Age 41, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle
Kerston Rochelle Williams, Age 36, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<G
Rory M. Wood, Age 56, Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a felon.
