BFD RESPONDS TO HOUSE FIRE
The Brenham Fire Department responded to a reported residential structure fire in a one bedroom wood frame home at 903 Armbrister St. on Tuesday at 3:01pm.
BFD responders entered the residence through an open front door and found a small area of carpet burning in the living room of the residence under a wall heater that had been installed earlier in the day.
The fire was extinguished with a water fire extinguisher.
The only damage was to the small area of carpet and the wall heater.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
