THREE INDICTED ON THEFT CHARGES
Three Washington teens, arrested for a number of local thefts and burglaries have been indicted on stolen car charges.
The Washington County 21st District Grand Jury has indicted 18-year old Terry DeWayne Rogers of Brenham, 18-year old Gamarcus Sheppard of Brenham and 17-year old Fred Santee Jr. of Washington, each on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The three were arrested back in late September after an investigation by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies. Other charges are pending.
Also indicted in Thursday’s session of the Grand Jury:
43-year old Troy Gibson of Spring, on two charges of theft of $1500-$20,000.
48-year old Brenda Maylene Moore of Brenham for Theft—Less than $1500--with two previous convictions.
26-year old Roy Newton Rogers, Jr. of Brenham, charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor Under 14.
52-year old Kevin Dewayne Benford of Burton, charged with Organized Retail Theft Between $1,500-$20,000
45-year old Danny Leo Bonura of Brenham, charged with Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
58-year old Pedro Gonzales of Brenham, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense
21-year old Devin Keith Mertz of Brenham, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
27-year old James Charles McRae of Bellville, charged with Theft of Protected Metal
And, 40-year old Felipe Pinon of Brenham, charged with Criminal Mischief between $1,500-$20,000
