SEVEN PERSONS SENTENCED BY 21ST JUDICIAL COURT
District Attorney Julie Renken has released the name of seven person who have plead guilty to felony offenses, and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms in the 21st Judicial Court.
Charles Earl Martin, age 34, of Brenham, charged with Assault Family Violence Enhanced from April 20, 2013 and January 8, 2014. Martin was sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and ordered to pay court costs.
Bradley Kurtis Breedlove, age 31, of Brenham, charged with Sex Offenders Duty to Register/Life/Annually (Failure to Register), from May 14, 2013, sentenced to two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and ordered to pay court cost.
Sebastian Steven Martinez, age 36, of Brenham, charged with Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense, from April 12, 2013. Martinez was sentenced to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for five years, $1500 fine, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, $60 lab fee, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 200 hours of community service restitution, DWI Intervention class, Victim Impact Panel, Fifteen days in the Washington County Jail, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
Jose Perez-Sanchez, age 43, of Houston, charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, from May 17, 2014. He was sentenced to ten years deferred adjudication probation, court cost, $50 warrant fee, $6899.89 restitution, 400 hours community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
Joshua Bryan, age 24, of Brenham, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance from January 2, 2014, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance from January 2, 2014. Bryan was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $850 fine, court costs, court-appointed attorney, $180 lab fee, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 120 hours community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, drug offender education program, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
Jeremy Dwayne Levi, age 23, Brenham, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance from March 19, 2015. He was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $850 fine, court costs, court-appointed attorney, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 120 hours of community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, drug offender education program, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
Judge Carson Campbell was the presiding judge.
