FOURTH GRADERS ENJOY WASHINGTON COUNTY AG DAY
The county's 4th Graders attended the annual Ag Day on Friday, which was held at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
Rain postponed the event until nearly the last week of school. Volunteers in their special fields of Ag presented 15 minute lessons to the groups, led by their 4-H group leaders.
Beef hot dogs with corn chips and potato chips were prepared by the Cattle Women.
Texas Agrilife Extension Service and the Washington County Farm Bureau host this annual event.
