TWO ARRESTED IN BRENHAM AFTER HOUSTON HIGH SPEED CHASE
Two suspects believed to be involved in an aggravated robbery were arrested after a high-speed chase that began on the Southwest Freeway in Houston, and ended in Washington County.
The chase, after reaching speeds of 100 mph, came to an end near Highway 290 and FM 577 after Washington County Sheriff’s deputies laid down spike strips that blew out all four of the trucks tires.
Police were able to track the suspects after police were able to pick up the truck’s LoJack system signal.
The names of the suspects have not yet been released.
