SEVEN PERSONS PLEAD GUILTY IN 21ST JUDICIAL COURT
The 21st Judicial Court of Washington County reports that seven persons plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms in the 21st Judicial District Court, according to Julie Renken, District Attorney.
Randy Clayton, Age 31, of Bellville, charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance from December 19, 2014, was sentenced to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, court cost and a $180 lab fee.
Stephen Fleming, Age 19, of Waller, charged with Theft $20,000-$100,000 from April 8, 2015, and was sentenced to three years in the TDCJ, and court cost.
Fleming was also charged with Theft less than $1500 with Two Previous Convictions from April 8, 2015 and was sentenced to 155 days in the Washington county Jail and court cost.
And also from April 8, 2015, Fleming was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 155 days in the Washington County Jail and court cost.
Ashley Nicole Wilson, Age 30, of Houston, charged with Forgery from December 2, 2014 and was sentenced to ten months in the TDCJ and court cost.
Wilson was also charged with Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information from December 4, 2014 and was sentenced to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for six years, $1500 fine, court cost, $50 Crime stoppers fee, 240 hours of community service restitution, no contact with the victim in this case, and drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.
In addition, Wilson was charged with Exploitation of the Elderly from November 14, 2014, and was sentenced to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for six years, $1500 fine, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 240 hours community service, no contact with victim, drug evaluation $329.48 restitution, and $100 hot check fee.
Genikia Rena Newsome, age 31 of Brenham, charged with Organized Retail Theft $1500-$20,000 from November 19, 2014, was sentenced to ten years in the TDCJ, probated for five years, court cost, $2,495 restitution, court appointed attorney fee, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 200 hours community service, provide DNA samples and to stay away from Walmart.
Ahmed Omer, Age 25, or Austin, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention using Vehicle, from May 16, 2015, and was sentenced to four years deferred adudicadjudication0 fine, court cost, $50 Crime Stopper fee, 160 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and provide DNA samples.
Fredrick Williams, age 20, of Brenham, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly weapon from June 26, 2015 and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication, $1000 fine, court cost, court appointed attorney fee, 150 hours community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and no contract with the victim in this case, anger management, and provide DNA samples.
April Wofford, Age 41, of Brenham, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance from June 9, 2015, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication, $1500 fine, court cost, court appointed attorney fee, 120 hours community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, drug offender education program, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, $180 lab fee, provide DNA sample.
