BRENHAM CLINIC TO HOST ANOTHER “WALK WITH THE DOC”

  

The Brenham Clinic and City of Brenham will offer an opportunity to “Walk with a Doc” at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24 in Hohlt Park located at 2425 N. Park Street beginning at the Amphitheatre.

Residents are invited to enjoy a healthy walk in the park at their own pace and have questions answered by Dr. Eric Alford, Family Medicine, and Dr. Jennifer Jones, Pediatrician both of the Brenham Clinic.

Each event begins with a 5-10 minute health talk followed by a 30 minute walk. Participants are encouraged to bring friends and family and take part in one walk or the entire series. Water, refreshments and dri-fit shirts will be available.

Everyone is encouraged to wear pink.

“Walk with a Doc” is a free, non-profit program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle.
