PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER SEVERAL REPLATS DURING NEXT MEETING

  

The City of Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Monday at City Hall to conduct Public Hearings concerning several plots of land in the City of Brenham.

One of the plots of land being considered is a portion of Porter Street adjacent to East of Sabine Street in the College Heights Addition, Lots 2-4 and 29-31.

Another considering will be a replat of Lot 7 of the D.B. Williams Addition at 807 W Main Street in Brenham.

Also being considered is Final Plat for the Young Subdivision Lot 1, consisting of approximately 1.035 acres in the Moses N Combs Survey at the intersection of S Market and E Stone in Brenham.

And finally, discussion will be held concerning a Final Plat for the Brenham Community Development Corporation Lot 1 Block 1, 2.820 acres located on Industrial Boulevard in Brenham.

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission meets at 5:15 on the second floor of City Hall Council Chambers at 200 W Vulcan.
