SATURDAY IS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO “WALK WITH A DOC”

  

The Brenham Clinic and City of Brenham will offer another opportunity to “Walk with a Doc” at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19 at Hohlt Park beginning at the Amphitheatre.

Residents are invited to enjoy a healthy walk in the park at their own pace and have questions answered by Dr. Eric Alford, Family Medicine, and Dr. Jennifer Jones, Pediatrician both of the Brenham Clinic.

Each event begins with a 5-10 minute health talk followed by a 30 minute walk. Participants are encouraged to bring friends and family and take part in one walk or the entire series. Water, refreshments and dri-fit shirts will be available.

In honor of the holiday, Santa will be there once the walk is concluded.

“Walk with a Doc” is a free, non-profit program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle.
