18-year old Jawuan Darden of Temple, was arrested in Bell County last Friday on charges of capital murder, and at least two more persons of interest may face the same charge within the next week.
Hearne Police Sgt. Stephen Yohner tells the Bryan/College Station Eagle, two suspects are in custody on unrelated charges and police hope to have capital murder warrants for them by next week.
There are other suspects who are not in custody, but according to Yohner, authorities have an idea of their current general location and warrants may be forthcoming for those suspects as well.
Davis was killed in the early morning on Nov. 27 when he was shot in front of the Daryl Moody Center, which serves as community center in Hearne.
