CITY OF BRENHAM SEES INCREASE IN BUILDING PERMITS FOR DECEMBER

  

The City of Brenham issued twenty nine building permits in December, totaling one million, three hundred and fifty six thousand, five hundred and fifty dollars, with the largest being for $300,000  for a storage building and interior renovations for the City of Brenham fire station.

Five of the permits were for new residences.

In November, twenty one permits were issued for a total of just over $4.5 million dollars

In December of 2014, 23 permits were issued for a total of $3,585,593.

For 2015, the city issued $33,010,128 worth of permits.
