FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS ANNOUNCED FOR SEVEN YEAR OLD KILLED IN ACCIDENT
Funeral arrangements for the seven year old boy killed when he wandered on to Highway 290 last Wednesday have been announced.
The funeral service for seven year old Jorge Angel Torres of Brenham, will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at 10: a.m. from the St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Emesto Elizondo officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial Oaks Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Jorge was a first grade student at Krause Elementary.
The driver of the minivan that hit Jorge has not been charged.
