BRIEDEN: ROAD AND BRIDGE MOVE PROGRESSING AS PLANNED

  

Washington County Judge John Brieden says plans for the move of the current home of the County Road & Bridge Department, continue.

Brieden says that while it may appear to be a very slow process, it is coming along at a good pace and progressing as county officials had hoped for…       

Brieden says another major project is wrapping up—the community development block grant program for septic improvements in the area of Shedd/Johnson Lane.

Brieden says the funding the county received at the end of 2013 covered half of the project, which is nearly done…

Brieden also says the county is progressing in its move to expand its Advanced Paramedic program in Chappell Hill – much like the program that is already in place in Burton.
