One of the most popular and tasty times of the year is underway – the annual sale of Girl Scout cookies.

A new way to purchase the cookies has been unveiled for 2016.  For the first time ever, Girl Scouts in Central Texas will take orders online.

Digital Cookie allows girls to track and accept orders online through their own unique, customizable websites.

Moehlmann says the availability of cookies online should not affect in person sales, locally…

 

This season’s selection includes Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-Si-Dos, Trefoils, Savannah Smiles, Rah-Rah Raisins, and Toffee-Tastic, the gluten-free option.

Customers can also donate cookies to the women and men who serve, by purchasing a “Hero Box” to be donated to police, firefighters, and troops.
