BRENHAM HOSTS TEXAS GEOCACHING COMPETITION

  

Beginning today (Thursday) Brenham is hosting visitors from all around for this year’s Texas Geocaching Association annual event.

Participants will search for caches hidden within Washington county using their smartphone GPS to locate these objects. Once they are found, the participant will write their name in the log and place the object back for the next geocacher to find.

Page Mitchell, President and CEO of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, says that the geocaching participants area already in Brenham and are excited for the event.
