TXDOT TO CLOSE WASHINGTON COUNTY ROAD FOR REPAIRS

  

Beginning at daylight this morning (Tuesday), June 7, 2016, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will close FM 2780, from Taplin Lane to Eberhardt Road.  This closure of FM 2780 is necessary so TxDOT can replace a damaged culvert due to the past flooding.

Motorists who travel this area should use FM 1697 as an alternate route. This closure is expected to last all day Tuesday and be reopened by dark tomorrow evening (Wednesday), June 8, 2016.
