BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing for a zoning ordinance that requires a 25 foot front yard setback for an addition to an already existing building material storage/lumber yard at 105 west First Street. After the public hearing the board will discuss and take action on the zoning ordinance.

The Board will also hold a public hearing on a special zoning request to reduce the number of required spaces for a storage facility to be located at 405 North Dixie Street.  A variance request to allow an increase in the maximum of 100 square feet of area for any signs related to Best Western Inn of Brenham at 1503 US Highway 290 east will also be discussed in a public hearing. The board will have discussion and take action on the special zoning request and variance request as well.

The Brenham Board of Adjustments will meet at 5:15pm this evening (Monday) on the second floor of City Hall.
