MERCY SEAT BAPTIST CHURCH TO HOST DEDICATION CEREMONY

  

Mercy Seat Baptist Church will hosting a dedication ceremony of the official Texas Historical Marker for Mercy Seat Baptist Church. The church was founded back in 1894.

Those in attendance will hear remarks form Washington County Historical Commission Member, John Barton and Washington County Judge, John Brieden. Members of the Mercy Seat Baptist Church will do the unveiling of the marker.

The dedication ceremony will take place on Sunday at 20250 Flat Prairie Road in Washington, Texas at 2:00pm. Refreshments will be served.
