BRINKMEYER REACHES $100K CAREER MARK
A Brenham man, raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society has reached his goal.
Michael Brinkmeyer has announced that his career earnings on behalf of the BP MS 150 have reached $100,000.

Brinkmeyer has been a long-time participant in the BP MS 150, a bicycle ride from Houston to Austin to raise money for research into a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
In addition to the MS150, Brinkmeyer also hosts the annual “Putt2Cure MS” mini-golf tournament at Horseshoe Junction in Brenham.
Brinkmeyer has first-hand knowledge of the effects of MS – his daughter Candace is battling the disease and has benefitted from the local fund-raising effort…
Brinkmeyer’s name will now go on a marble plaque at the BP MS 150 headquarters in Houston at a ceremony in November.
Brinkmeyer is just the 147th person to reach the $100,000 goal in the 31-year history of the annual event.
