BLINN COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO DISCUSS LEASE FOR EDUCATION CENTER

  

The Board of Trustees for Blinn College will meet Tuesday evening to discuss the approval of a 20-year tenancy lease for the A.W. Hodde, Jr. Technical Education Center and a memorandum of option with the Economic Development Foundation of Brenham, Inc.

The board will also discuss the possibility of seeking bids for the re-construction and repair at the library and student center buildings and replacing the boilers on the Villa Maria Bryan Campus. They will also discuss the possibility of a three-year preventive maintenance contract with Gowan Mechanical Services for chillers, pumps, compressors, and appurtenances located at both the Brenham and Villa Maria Bryan Campus.

The meeting will take place in the Board Room on the third floor in the Administration building at Blinn College in Brenham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
