Bexley knew there was a demand for good BBQ in of Lexington, which has a population of 1,100 people. Tomanetz told Bexley that if he was serious, they better sit down and have a real “heart to heart”. They did just that, and Kerry immediately started building the BBQ pits.

On March 1, 2003 Snow’s BBQ officially opened for business. Since then, Snow’s has garnered a legion of loyal followers and has surged in popularity. In May 2008, Snow’s was named as the best BBQ in Texas from Texas Monthly magazine.
