TEXAS BREW STEP COMING TO BRENHAM
The City of Brenham and Downtown Brenham Association are appealing to Texas beer lovers with the upcoming Texas Brew Step.
The event is happening Saturday, October 15th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A variety of hand crafted brews from across Texas and beyond will be served in downtown Brenham’s National Register District. A map of the sampling locations will be available at the gazebo at the Washington County Courthouse square.
Guests are welcome to sample brews with a keepsake pilsner glass for $30 if purchased by tomorrow (Saturday). If purchased after October 8th, glasses are $35. Glasses and tickets can be purchased online at DowntownBrenham.com/BrewStep, and will be available at the gazebo or at the merchants below.
Participating merchants for the Texas Brew Step include: Back Lot Gallery, Bluebird Off the Square, Branded Boutique, Brenham Heritage Museum, Dona Lynn's Unique Gifts, Hermann Furniture, JR's Antiques & Collectibles, Must Be Heaven, Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails, Ranch Interiors, Sassafras, The Book Nook, The Cottage, Tres Chic and Sweet Repeats.
Participating Breweries include: Brazos Valley Brewing, Huff, New Republic, No Label, Karbach, Black Water Draw, Saint Arnolds, Cycler's Brewing, Goliad Brewing Co., Independence, Pedernales, Austin East Ciders and Bearded Fox.
The Texas Brew Step will take place during the Texas Arts and Music Festival, which is happening October 14th-16th in Brenham. The first annual festival will feature three stages with ten bands, food trucks, film screenings, an art walk and live street art.
