LOCAL SPEECH AND DEBATE TOURNAMENT NEEDS VOLUNTEER JUDGES

  

Volunteers are needed for a speech and debate tournament in Brenham next month.

The National Christian Forensics Association is currently recruiting community judges for the tournament that will take place from January 5th to January 7th at the Blinn Campus in Brenham. The tournament features homeschooled students ages 13 to 18 competing in speech and debate.

Event organizer Jenny Stufflebeam says judges do not need to have previous experience:

Anyone interested can sign up online at NCFCA.org by clicking the “How to Get Involved” tab and then “Judge”. They can then select the “Texas” and “Brenham All-Region” links to choose their volunteer time.
