MOTORCYCLIST DIES IN GRIMES COUNTY ACCIDENT
A motorcyclist is dead after an accident in Anderson Thursday afternoon.
According to the Department of Public Safety, a Chevy pickup truck was headed north on Highway 90 just after 12:30 p.m Thursday. For an unknown reason, the truck crossed the center line and hit a motorcycle head on. Ronald Davis, of Montgomery, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck was treated at the hospital and released. Authorities say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
