BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH WARRANT; FAILURE TO IDENTIFY
A Brenham man faces charges after his arrest late Wednesday night.
(Washington Co. Jail)
18-year old Marcus Christian Kilpatrick of Brenham is charged with an outstanding burglary warrant and a charge of failure to identify.
Shortly before 11:00 p.m., Officer Sierra Newell responded to the area of North Park and Dupre streets in reference to a suspicious person.
According to Newell, she located the man who gave her a false name. Dispatch confirmed the man was Marcus Kilpatrick and that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for burglary of a motor vehicle.
Kilpatrick is charged with the outstanding warrant for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and the new charge of Failure to Identify.
