THREE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to prison-time after his probation was revoked.
21-year old Patrick Michael Howley Jr., was sentenced to 15 months in prison after his probation was revoked for Unautorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Howley was also fined $500 for the offense that occurred in September of 2016.
Also this week in 21st District Court:
27-year old Mark Curtis Watkins of Brenham was placed on 10 years’ probation and fined $2000 on a charge of Aggravated Assault.
Watkins will also have to serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail and perform 150 hours of Community Service. He must also attend a Batterers Intervention program and Anger Management classes.
And, 29-year old Sheterika Shevette Graves of Brenham place on three years’ probation for Credit Card Abuse of the Elderly – a Third Degree Felony.
Graves was also fined $1000, ordered to perform 120 hours Community Service, attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings and have no future contact with the victim.
