BRENHAM BUS DEPOT RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY TODAY
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held today (Tuesday) for the Brenham Bus Depot.
Formerly the Kerrville Bus Depot, the Brenham Heritage Museum acquired the property and began the renovation process in 2014.
Initially the building was going to be converted into additional exhibition space, with a portion of it being leased out as a café. However, costs to renovate the space into a ready-to-use restaurant proved too expensive for the non-profit organization.
The renovated exhibit space will now be available to the public to rent for events.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. today at the depot’s location- 313 East Alamo Street.
