THREE SENTENCED IN LATEST 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Three people have been sentenced after pleading guilty in the 21st Judicial District Court.
32-year-old Bertha Fonseca, of Navasota, plead guilty to manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, a first degree felony. The charge stems from an incident in November of last year.
20-year-old Matthew Colin Decuir, of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years of probation for criminal mischief $2,500-$30,000 with a deadly weapon, a third degree felony.
Decuir must also pay a $1,000 fine, $7,047.32 in restitution, and a $50 Crime Stoppers fee. He must also participate in 200 hours of community service, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, and a drug offender education program.
33-year-old Terry James Durall, of Houston, was sentenced to four years of probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.
Durall must also pay a $1,500 fine, court costs, court appointed attorney fee, and a $50 Crime Stoppers fee. In addition, he must spend 30 days in the Washington County Jail and complete 150 hours of community service and drug/alcohol treatment.
