BRENHAM CHILDREN’S CHORUS 15TH ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT THIS WEEKEND

  

The Brenham Children’s Chorus is celebrating their 15th anniversary this Friday and Saturday with a special concert.

The 15th Annual Spring Concert will feature performances from each of the chorus’ core ensembles- Brenham Children’s Chorus, Brenham Broadway Kids, Singenspiel, Karussell Kids, Broadway Beginners, and Bravo.

In addition, the 15th anniversary show will feature alumni of the chorus. It will also honor current and past board members.

A special song will be dedicated to two retiring members of the Brenham Children’s Chorus- Pam Young and Martha Haydon.

Haydon has served as the accompanist for Brenham Children’s Chorus the last 15 years. Young has served as the artistic director of the organization since it began in 2003.

The performance will take place at the W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday. For tickets, call 979-277-3897.
