ANNUAL ‘PUTT 2 CURE MS’ SET FOR JUNE 6TH
The annual Putt 2 Cure MS event has been set for June 6th at Horseshoe Junction in Brenham.
All the funds raised from the event go to the MS150/National MS Society. These funds support research efforts aimed at finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
“Last year's Putt to Cure MS was great” says Mike Brinkmeyer, organizer of the event. “We had two tee times and lots of fun. This year we hope to have even more teams and more fun.”
Brinkmeyer began the tournament ten years ago to support his daughter, Candace Brinkmeyer Langford, who is afflicted with the neurological ailment known as Multiple Sclerosis.
You can register now for only $100 per team (up to four players), or sign up at the tournament for $125 per team. Check in on Tuesday, June 6th is at 6pm, with teams teeing off at 6:30.
