THREE ARRESTED IN BURLESON CO. ASSAULT
Three men have been arrested and charged with assault in Burleson County.
Over the past two weeks, authorities have arrested 23-year old Shanice Jefferson of Caldwell, 23-year old Christopher Parker of Lincoln and 20-year old Deondre Mack of Lincoln, for an alleged assault June 15th.
The victim told authorities he met with the three suspects in a remote part of Burleson County, where they beat him and took his money and cell phone.
The victim was treated at Burleson St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Each of the three suspects is charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Bond for Jefferson has been set at $130,000. Bonds for both Parker and Mack are set at $150,000.
The investigation continues.
