BLINN BOARD TO DISCUSS RELLIS PROJECTS

  

Blinn College trustees will discuss a number of items related to the new College Station campus, when they meet at noon today.

Wednesday’s items include a memorandum of understanding with Texas A&M regarding Blinn’s participation in construction of a new facility to house workforce training and other educational programs at the RELLIS Campus.

The board will also consider authorizing Chancellor Mary Hensley to negotiate an agreement establishing Blinn facilities on the RELLIS Campus that include veterinary technology, therapeutics manufacturing and dental hygiene.

Trustees will also consider authorizing Hensley to negotiate terms of a facilities lease agreement with A&M on establishment of a health science program there.

Blinn trustees will also discuss plans for renovations and upgrades to the student center on the Brenham campus.

The board will meet at noon in the administration building at 802 Green St.
