UPTOWN SWIRL THIS SATURDAY IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM

  

The “Uptown Swirl” is set for tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon in downtown Brenham.

Commemorative glasses for the event remain on sale at numerous Brenham businesses for $40 each.

During the Swirl, wines from around the world will be available for sampling in downtown stores.   Participants can stroll from shop to shop, enjoying different wines while listening to live music on the courthouse square.

There will be many other activities going on, including the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun” at the historic Simon Theatre at 7:30.  Tickets are no longer available online, but will be sold at the door, one hour before the movie starts.

Proceeds from the Uptown Swirl go towards improvements to downtown Brenham.
