  1. Myself and a few other men were there. The manhunt was for the driver who hit the woman. He fled the scene on foot. I pulled out two more men from his vehicle while another good Samaritan helped the woman. First responders showed very soon afterwards and we told them what we knew. When we left the scene, they were still looking for the man who fled.

    1. Thank you so much for your help. The woman killed was my Aunt. It’s a terrible loss for our family, the performing arts community of Texas, and the charities she helped locally. She was an amazing woman who gave a lot back, and was a life-long member of the Bellville community. Please help us ensure justice is held up for her memory. Thank you for waiting for the police and doing what you could, please pass along the deep gratitude of her family to everyone who was at the scene to help. We miss her.

  2. There was an intense manhunt following this accident that involved both K-9 units and many law enforcement personnel. Hopefully they will clarify what that was all about!
