SHOPLIFTING ARRESTS MADE
Two people from Brenham are charged with theft from a local department store.
Saturday night, just before 10:30, Officer Andrew Adams, was dispatched to the local WalMart in the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a theft.
42-year old Juan Castillo and 41-year old Martha Wong both of Brenham had reportedly passed all points of purchase without paying for the items.
Both were placed in custody for Theft of Property between $100 – and - $750.
Both were taken to the Washington County Jail.
