WALLIS DROPS SUIT AGAINST BRYAN I.S.D.
Former Bryan ISD Superintendent Tommy Wallis has dropped his lawsuit against the school district.
Wallis says he will no longer fight to keep his employment records sealed.
Following Wallis’ firing in 2016, KBTX and The Bryan/College Station Eagle newspaper attempted to obtain public records as to why Wallis was forced out.
He sued the school district at the state to keep his records private, but he lost that fight in court.
