BRYAN MAN CHARGED WITH ‘SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A MINOR’

Bryan Police say a 23-year old man is in custody – accused of impersonating a 15-year-old girl's parent to remove her from school, then sexually assaulting her at a local park.
Malcolm Jerome Blake of Bryan, was arrested Wednesday, for the alleged crime was reported on January 18th.
Investigators say Blake was able to check the girl out of A&M Consolidated High School after impersonating her father, saying he had permission to check her out of class.
Police believe the two knew each other and had been communicating on social media.
Police say the two then went to a park, where Blake sexually assaulted the girl.
Police also say the two had conversations on social media that became sexual in nature and exchanged pornographic photos.
Blake is in the Brazos County Jail on $100,000 bond.
College Station ISD officials say parents were not notified because no other students were in danger.
