TWO ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

Two Brenham people are in custody after their arrests on separate warrant cases.
Tuesday, around 6:20 pm, Officer Jason Kasprowicz spotted a suspect in the 700 block of Pleasant View Ave.
Dispatch confirmed active warrants for 32-year old Lisa Burks, , of Brenham, who was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail.

Approximately ten minutes later, Kasprowicz says he observed 36-year old Edward Graves in the 800 block of Crockett St.
After attempting to flee on foot, Graves was located and arrested for the five warrants out of Washington County and for evading arrest.
